Welcome to Taylor Middle School, home of the Taylor Tigers!

Our school vision is to transcend, motivate, and serve all students, enabling them to achieve success and inspire others to do the same. We believe the strength of our school is built on a foundation of strong, positive relationships with all stakeholders. To ensure every student succeeds, we emphasize the importance of support and encouragement, community involvement, and equal access to supplies, materials, and resources.

Taylor Middle School is proud to be a Virginia Tiered Systems of Supports School (VTSS). This system addresses the academic, social, and behavioral needs of each student through a positive approach and high expectations. We value the individual interests of each student and offer a variety of core, fine arts, foreign language, and career/technology classes.

We are the Taylor Tigers—roaring with pride, spirit, and enthusiasm every day! From our engaging classrooms to our exciting extracurricular activities, there's something for everyone to enjoy and explore.
